1. Introduction
Welcome to Coral & Crumpets. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (coralandcrumpets.co.uk) and your bookings at our Cavendish Street tea room. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
To ensure the quintessential tea experience, we recommend booking in advance. For parties of six or more, a deposit may be required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a late cancellation fee. We reserve the right to release tables 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time if the party has not arrived.
3. Private Hire & Events
Private hire of our sophisticated venue is subject to a separate contract. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Full payment of the agreed minimum spend must be settled 7 days prior to the event date.
4. Dietary Requirements
At Coral & Crumpets, we strive to accommodate all guests. However, we must be notified of severe allergies or specific dietary requirements (such as Gluten-Free or Vegan options) at least 48 hours in advance to ensure our pastry chefs can prepare suitable alternatives.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our floral motifs, photography of our crumpets and specialty teas, and the Coral & Crumpets logo, is the property of Coral & Crumpets. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
